Susan Messenheimer has extensive experience as an information technology writer, analyst, and researcher focusing on how people work and how companies compete.

She has interviewed dozens of CIOs, CEOs, and small business owners and has authored scores of case studies on a wide array of technology subjects. Susan's work spans many business sectors and industries, including government, healthcare, professional services, education, financial services, manufacturing and distribution, retail, and hotel and tourism. In addition to providing content for large enterprises, she has edited several channel-focused blogs and newsletters as well as articles aimed at helping small- and medium-size businesses make the most of IT.

Prior to co-founding aimpublications, Susan served as a research manager at International Data Corp. and before that held several marketing positions at Raytheon Corp. She holds a BS magna cum laude in political science (University of Massachusetts) and a masters degree in public and international affairs (University of Pittsburgh).

Carol Weiszmann has been producing technology-focused content for more than 20 years.
